I don't have any concerns about the ability of the people I hired to create a quality VR. My only concern is the fact that because of certain circumstances and things that happened that put me behind schedule, I had to make the decision to change from my original plan. This concerns me because now I will have to explain my new idea to each of my future employees and explain how this will change the job I needed them to do compared to when I first told them during their interview process. But at the same time, I know that I hired a really strong group of people who will get whatever work I give them done. Ultimately no matter what I am doing I will always work hard to get the best outcome and I will make sure that the people I've hired will do the same.

My perspective on what constitutes reliable news hasn't really changed much. I think I've always known that while everything will be slightly biased, some sources of news will be much more biased than others. That being said, I have to be honest and say that I haven't really become more critical of the news. I have had many discussions about how to be more critical and thought of ways others can be more critical, but I haven't implemented them myself. Nonetheless, I still think that being critical is very important for everyone. It ensures that we all remain our own individualistic selves. We have to be the ones to do further research, to talk to others, hear many sides to stories. Then we can make our final decision. That way we never end up following what we think is "the norm" or what mass media tells us to believe.
